The bass features a Myrtle solid body core with gorgeous Superb Walnut top and back wood, Stinger Point and a Continuous Wood backplate. The 35" scale neck-through body construction features a 7-piece Mahogany/Ebony/Maple multi-laminate neck with a 24 fret 2 octave Streak Ebony fingerboard, Crown peghead and red side dot LED's. The finishing touch is an inlaid sterling silver Alembic logo with mother of pearl and abalone inlaid below the finish. The pickups are the famous Alembic Series II active low-impedance type that are powered by a separate power supply unit.
